Old Man Emu Tomken Machine

Looking for an inexpensive lift?

Need just a little extra room to clear larger tires on your XJ? Is your front or rear end sagging? Here are a couple of very affordable options we used on our Project '94 XJ to fine tune our ride height.

For the Cherokee's coil spring front end Old Man Emu offers a 10mm polyurethane coil spring spacer. Installation is a snap, just remove the front springs, slide the spacer onto the bumpstop tower, then reinstall the springs. In about an hour you'll have 10mm of lift. This is usually enough lift to compensate for the weight of a small winch.

Is your rear add a leaf or stock spring set sagging? Don't feel like purchasing new spring packs? Tomken Machine offers extended shackles for the rear of Cherokee's. The 1" longer than stock shackles provide about 1/2" of lift and take less than 30 minutes to install. Depending on your specific setup, you may need to install axle shims to correct the pinion angle after the new shackles are installed.

Whether your Cherokee has that "stinkbug" or "nosedive" look that you're tired of seeing, one of these solutions will level out your XJ while barely putting a dent in your wallet.
